When will I receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but you'll get a tracking link once your gift is on its way.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to the EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. If you're outside these areas, reach out — we might just make magic happen.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start prepping orders quickly, but if you need a change, contact us ASAP. Once it's shipped, though, it's out of our hands (literally)

Are the products perfect?
No — and that’s the beauty of it. Each piece is personalized by hand, making every item uniquely yours. Flawless? Maybe not. Special? Absolutely.

Can I personalize my gift?
Absolutely! Most products offer the option to Add a Personal Message — just tick the box on the product page and share your words. A small extra fee applies, but heartfelt moments are priceless.

Do you create custom hampers?
Yes! Visit our Custom Creations page to craft a gift as unique as your story. Whether it's a wild inside joke or something sentimental, we’ve got you.

Are the Limited Edition products restocked?
Nope — once they're gone, they're gone. If you love it, grab it. No second chances here!

Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes! Whether it’s for a team celebration, client surprise, or holiday party, we offer bulk orders and custom options. Contact us to discuss your ideas!

What is the mug's capacity?
Our mugs' capacity is 350 ml.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our gifts are carefully packed with love and attention. Whether it’s for you or someone you love, we aim to create the perfect unwrapping experience.

How long is my gift card valid for? 
Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date will be shown in the confirmation email you receive after purchasing.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout. You can also add a personal message — we won't include any pricing details in the package.

Do you offer seasonal or holiday hampers?
Yes! Keep an eye on our Limited Edition section — we roll out exclusive hampers for special moments like Pride, the holidays, and more.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You can find info about this in our Refund Policy. Please note that personalized items and custom creations are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged?
That’s not the unboxing experience we want for you. Email us a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll fix it — with a replacement or refund.

Can I get notified when a product is back in stock?
Yes! If a product you love is sold out, submit your name and email using the “Notify Me” option on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s back!
